      Executive Business Associate - Finance (Hybrid)

      The Executive Business Associate provides support to one or more NYP executive(s) with administrative activities and project management tasks. The Executive Business Associate should aim to optimize their assigned executive's time, be aware of each executive's strategic priorities, and screen content to ensure the executive can focus on potential risk / decisions at the right time. An Executive Business Associate must have a broad knowledge of hospital and divisional regulations, procedures, and policies. In addition, the Executive Business Associate will play a strategic role in supporting and leading projects for the division.

      Preferred Criteria

      • Demonstrated project management experience (e.g. managing project timeline, preparing agendas, following up with stakeholders)
      • Able to collaborate with other the EBA team in a matrix environment
      • Knowledge of Kronos is preferred

      Required Criteria

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience preferably supporting one or more executives
      • Computer proficiency with knowledge of business applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Ability to analyze organizational and administrative problems
      • Ability to prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and provide timely follow-up and execution
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation ability
      • Ability to summarize key events, action items, and/or takeaways in brief verbal and/or written format
      • Expertise in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and screening of calls / visitors
      • Comfort working in hybrid environment (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, phone)
      • Knowledge of hospital and departmental policies, including office administrative procedures
      • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple, high priority tasks in an organized fashion within a fast paced work environment

      $72,000-$105,000/Annual
